As the Director of AM, you will be responsible for executing our engagements with our customers. You will ensure the client receives maximum value from their engagements with SurveyMonkey. In this role, you will ultimately be accountable for customer retention and additional revenue potential (cross-sell and upsell). You will work very closely with our mid-market and Enterprise sales teams to support our customers and also play a large role in growing our existing accounts by working with our sales team to develop a steady pipeline of opportunities within your customer ecosystem.
You are a self-motivated leader with high social intelligence and a natural inclination for developing relationships with clients and effectively managing accounts and act as the voice of your customers. You can manage numerous customers at different stages of the customer lifecycle with ease. You also love understanding a product in depth and then communicating that product to the users. You have at least 5 years of experience managing a high performing account management function. You are driven and can show evidence that you thrive in a visionary, merit-based environment.
