The Role

You will partner with hiring managers and recruiters to focus on building pipelines for one or more of our high impact teams, including G&A support. As a SurveyMonkey Sourcer, you will demonstrate proven ability in identifying and engaging the very best of technical and sales talent. The role primarily focuses on identifying talent pools, building attraction strategies, partnering with hiring teams, including various management levels and executing on hiring the right talent to join our troop.

 

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with our recruiting team and hiring managers to develop and maintain a strong candidate pipeline in order to meet quarterly hiring goals
  • Leverage multiple recruiting sources and internet sourcing techniques to identify candidates
  • Be able to work across internal teams while handling multiple requirements, reviewing candidate profiles and updating candidate pipeline progress Interview and screen potential candidates, all while keeping our ATS (Jobvite) up to date
  • Participate in campus recruiting events

 

Qualifications

  • A minimum of 2 years of G&A, to include sales, marketing, finance, bus ops and strategy sourcing experience required Strong screening ability for highly specialized positions and identifying strengths and areas of G&A, Sales and Sales support
  • Experience helping scale companies across the board
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and proven team player
