1. Medication process
This workshop explores the implementation of the Medanets Medication solution and its role in the evolving medication management process. We will address questions such as: How should the medication process be developed with the support of mobile solutions, and how does this impact patient safety? How can these impacts be measured? What kinds of process changes or operational policies are required when introducing the Medanets Medication solution? Jostein Kristoffer Stemland and Ivar Andreas Svorkmo-Stemland from Nordland Hospital, Norway, will share their practical insights.
2A. Using data to develop clinical processes
In this workshop, we discuss how clinical processes can be developed with the help of data. We will explore questions such as: How can data from the Medanets Admin UI and other sources be leveraged to develop clinical processes and improve clinical indicators? How can the clinical or cost-effectiveness of mobile solutions be made visible? Emma Arrowsmith and Sandra Watson from County Durham & Darlington NHS Trust will share their practical examples.
2B. Leveraging patient-centred data
In this workshop, we will learn about the benefits of patient-centred data and discuss how such data could be more effectively integrated into the Medanets application for everyday use.
3. Artificial Intelligence
This workshop focuses on the use of artificial intelligence in healthcare. What AI-related needs do healthcare organisations have that Medanets could help address? What should be taken into account in Medanets’ AI development work?
4. Change process
We will explore how to ensure the successful operational roll-out of the Medanets application or a new feature of it, and how to manage the change process effectively to achieve tangible results. Jo Miller from Royal United Hospitals Bath NHS Trust will be sharing their practical insights.
