Following the Footprints of Sustainability in the Museum – Participate in the Survey

The purpose of this survey is to explore how museums can support the understanding and learning of forest, nature, and sustainability themes. Museums are impartial institutions grounded in research-based knowledge, and their exhibitions, collections, and other activities can strengthen understanding of sustainable development. This survey examines the kinds of learning experiences a museum visit can offer, as well as how it enhances understanding of and interest in forest, nature, and sustainability topics among different visitor groups.

Please answer the questions with reference to this museum visit. The survey does not collect personal data, and respondents cannot be identified. The survey is part of the PEDAKEMUT project, involving the Finnish Forest Museum Lusto, Kuopio Natural History Museum, Ilomantsi Museum Foundation, Pielinen Museum, and the Wilderness Heritage Museum Foundation of Finland. The project develops museum pedagogy related to forests, nature, wilderness, and sustainability themes. The project is funded by the Finnish Heritage Agency.
