App Description

Trifacta is an interactive cloud platform for data engineers and analysts to collaboratively profile, prepare, and pipeline data for analytics and machine learning. With an AI-assisted, self-service approach, Trifacta democratizes data for analysts and engineers to assess, correct, and validate data quality, accelerate transformation, and automate robust data pipelines at scale. Trifacta users can connect to SurveyMonkey to import their most recent NPS/feedback campaign data in order to:
  • Run transformations, derivative text operations to create sentiment labels.
  • Map survey feedback to customer metadata pulled from Salesforce (or Hubspot or any CRM connection).
  • Combine the data to write out real-time reports (for example in Google DataStudio).
Here are the steps to sync SurveyMonkey and Trifacta:
1. Sign up for a paid Trifacta account -> https://www.trifacta.com/start-wrangling/

2. Login into the app using the same credentials.

3. In the menu section, click on the `Connections` button.

4. Click on the `Create Connection` button which will be located at the top of the page.

5. Search and select `SurveyMonkey (Early Preview).`

6. In the popup, Click on `Authenticate` button to give access to your Facebook profile.

7. Provide a connection name and click on `Create button` to set up the connections.

8. Navigate to https://cloud.trifacta.com/import/data and search for your connection name and click on it to import the data.

9. Click on the respective table to import the dataset.

10. Click on the `Continue` button.

11. Using this data, you can collaboratively profile, prepare, and pipeline data for analytics and machine learning.
