Ehkä-production's open call for the year 2027

Application period 1.-30.4.2026

Please read the application guidelines carefully before filling in the form. The guidelines specify details such as the amount of funding for each application category (discretionary, the budget is always confirmed at the beginning of the operating year) and other conditions for the activity. On Ehkä-production's website, you can find more information about facilities, staff, and the community's current and previous activities.

You can submit one work/project per form, but you may select multiple categories for the same project (e.g., co-production and residency). If you are submitting multiple projects, please fill out a separate form for each one.

If you are applying for a premiere, a guest performance, or a residency, please submit a work plan (max. 2 pages) as an attachment, if necessary (not required). CVs are mandatory attachments (several CVs packed in one file).

NOTE! The form does not save your answers! We recommend that you format your answers in a word processor program and attach the finished texts to the form. Once the form has been submitted, it is no longer possible to edit the answers.

The application has been successfully submitted when the "Thank you for your proposal" message appears on the screen after pressing the Submit button.

3.Brief description of the project
A mere reference to attachments is not sufficient. Clearly explain the essential content of your proposal, e.g., outline the project's idea and goals.

Note! If you are applying for a premiere, a guest performance, or a residency, the description should be at least 2000 characters. A more detailed work plan, max. 2 pages, can be submitted as an attachment if necessary.(Pakollinen tieto.)
4.Suitable timing for the completion of the work
Please specify the dates that work for you/your working group as precisely as possible. The program will be scheduled based on the dates provided here.

You may provide multiple date options, e.g., between March and April 2027 and between 6.10.-17.11.2027, etc. Please specify different dates for different categories, e.g., a residency in March 2026 and a co-produced premiere in September 2026, etc.

Note! When applying for a young maker’s premiere, please take into account Ehkä’s preliminary schedules for residencies and performances. Information on the schedules can be found on Ehkä’s website under the relevant application category.(Pakollinen tieto.)
