David Ebersman

David is founder and CEO of Lyra Health, a health care technology company focused on behavioral health. Previously, he served as Chief Financial Officer of Facebook, Inc. from 2009 through 2014. Prior to joining Facebook, David worked at Genentech, Inc. for 15 years in various positions, including Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, Senior Vice President, Product Operations, and Vice President, Product Development. David holds an A.B. in International Relations and Economics from Brown University and was selected as a Henry Crown Fellow in 2000.

Dana L. Evan

– Venture Partner, Icon Ventures and Former CFO, VeriSign

Dana served for 12 years as CFO of VeriSign, Inc., where she was a founding executive and a significant contributor to the company’s growth and profitability. She led VeriSign’s worldwide operations related to finance and accounting, real estate and property management, human resources, legal matters and investor relations. During her tenure, Dana led the company’s institutional financing rounds, including its successful IPO in 1998 and follow-on financing initiatives. She also drove the execution and integration of 60 M&A transactions.

Before joining VeriSign, Dana provided consulting services in the capacity of CFO, vice president of finance, and other executive roles for both public and private companies. Prior to that, Ms. Evan spent six years in various positions at KPMG LLP.

Dana currently is a director of Box, Inc., Criteo, Everyday Health, Proofpoint, Inc., Farfetch, and Linden Labs/Second Life. She also served on the boards of Fusion-io, Omniture, Inc., MySQL, and Luxe Jewels (dba- Stella and Dot).

Dana is a Certified Public Accountant and holds a B.S. in Commerce with a concentration in Accounting and Finance from Santa Clara University. She has been actively involved with several charitable organizations including the Boys and Girls Club of America, The Health Trust, and the University of Santa Clara Business School.

Ryan Finley

– Founder, SurveyMonkey

Ryan is the founder of SurveyMonkey. After graduating in 1999, Ryan launched SurveyMonkey as a part-time project out of his apartment. Since then, Ryan has successfully established SurveyMonkey as the Internet’s most popular survey tool, used by individuals and organizations throughout the world. In his current role, Ryan is responsible for overseeing product design and strategy. Ryan has been interviewed and featured in numerous publications such as the NY Times, Fortune Small Business, and PC World. Ryan holds a BS degree in Computer Science from the University of Wisconsin, Madison. His interests include architecture and design, eating good food, and searching for the perfect cup of espresso.

Lee Fixel

– Partner, Tiger Global Management, LLC

Lee is a Partner at Tiger Global Management, LLC and head of the firm’s private equity business. He focuses on privately held venture and growth-stage investments in the consumer Internet sector, primarily in the U.S. and India. Lee has led the firm’s investments in Facebook, Linkedin, Eventbrite, Warby Parker, Thumbtack, Quora, Glassdoor, Flipkart, and Ola. Prior to joining Tiger Global in 2006, Lee was an analyst at Alkeon Capital Management, an investment firm focused on global growth equities. He holds a BSBA in Accounting and Finance from Washington University in St. Louis, completed the General Course at the London School of Economics and is a CFA charterholder. Lee also serves on the Board of Directors of the Michael J. Fox Foundation for Parkinson’s Research and is a member of the Board of Trustees at Washington University in St. Louis.

Zander Lurie

– Chief Executive Officer, SurveyMonkey

Zander was named CEO at SurveyMonkey in January 2016. He has served on SurveyMonkey’s board of directors since 2009, most recently as Chair.

Zander served as Senior Vice President of Entertainment at GoPro, Inc. between November 2014 and January 2016. He serves on GoPro’s board of directors. Between 2010-2012 Zander served as SVP, Strategic Development at CBS Corporation. He joined CBS via its acquisition of CNET Networks where he served as Chief Financial Officer and head of Corporate Development. Zander began his career in the technology investment banking group at JPMorgan where he led equity transactions and mergers and acquisitions in the Internet sector. He holds a J.D. and an M.B.A. from Emory University, and a B.A. in Political Science from the University of Washington. Zander co-founded a nonprofit organization called CoachArt which benefits chronically ill children and their siblings in Northern and Southern California.

Sheryl Sandberg

– Chief Operating Officer, Facebook

Sheryl is chief operating officer at Facebook, overseeing the firm’s business operations. Prior to Facebook, Sheryl was vice president of Global Online Sales and Operations at Google, chief of staff for the United States Treasury Department under President Clinton, a management consultant with McKinsey & Company, and an economist with the World Bank.

Sheryl received a BA summa cum laude from Harvard University and an MBA with highest distinction from Harvard Business School.

Sheryl is the author of the bestsellers Lean In: Women, Work, and the Will to Lead and Lean In for Graduates and founder of LeanIn.Org, a global community committed to empowering all women to achieve their ambitions. Benjamin C. Spero

Ben is a Managing Director at Spectrum Equity, based in San Francisco. He currently serves on the board of directors of Animoto, ExactBid, GrubHub, SurveyMonkey and WeddingWire, and previously served on the boards of Ancestry.com, iPay Technologies, Mortgagebot and NetQuote. He is also board chair at Destination: Home, a public-private partnership to end homelessness in Santa Clara County. Prior to joining Spectrum in 2001, he was a consultant at Bain & Company and co-founder of TouchPak. He earned a B.A. in economics and history from Duke University.

Bill Veghte

A veteran technology executive, Bill has built some of the world’s largest consumer and business products available today. Most recently, Bill served as CEO at SurveyMonkey. Prior to that role, he was Hewlett-Packard’s Executive Vice President of the Enterprise Group. He also served as HP’s Chief Operating Officer, where he defined strategy and enabled operational excellence across the company. He first joined HP in 2009 as Chief Strategy Officer and Executive Vice President of HP Software. In 1990, Bill joined Microsoft as one of the first four people assigned to develop what became Microsoft Office. He spent two decades at the company in a variety of senior leadership positions where he oversaw business and consumer product development, sales and marketing. After he established Office and worked on its first two releases, Bill went on to lead other businesses including Windows and Windows Server. Bill sits on the Board of Directors at VMTurbo and Xero. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in East Asian studies from Harvard University.

Meg Whitman

– Chairman, President, and Chief Executive Officer, Hewlett-Packard

Meg has served as Hewlett-Packard’s Chairman of the Board since July 2014, as President and Chief Executive Officer since September 2011, and as a member of the Board since January 2011. From March 2011 to September 2011, she served as a part-time strategic advisor to Kleiner, Perkins, Caulfield & Byers, a private equity firm. Previously, Meg served as President and Chief Executive Officer of eBay Inc., from 1998 to March 2008. Prior to joining eBay, Meg held executive-level positions at Hasbro Inc., a toy company, FTD, Inc., a floral products company, The Stride Rite Corporation, a footwear company, The Walt Disney Company, an entertainment company, and Bain & Company, a consulting company. Meg also serves as a director of The Procter & Gamble Company.
